Park View Gardens is situated on the unspoilt hills of Peyia, with superb views over Coral Bay and the surrounding coastline and just 10 minutes walk from the village centre. Park View Gardens is built in the traditional style of the island, with a modern touch. Relax in comfort in your spacious apartment and enjoy modern kitchen facilities and a spacious balcony. A short stroll down the steps will take you to Park View Gardens swimming pool and sun terrace. Admire stunning views of the bay as you soak up the sun. Take a leisurely stroll to the village centre, which offers a delightful combination of traditional Cyprus and new tourist amenities. There are several taverns nearby, as well as Cypriot cafés, supermarkets, banks and pubs.

Please note the pool is currently not available due to a change of law in Cyprus.

Stayed here Oct/ Nov for 8 weeks, the apartment is a 10 minute walk into Peyia village and is well equipped for a long stay. The view from the balcony is beautiful and would stay again.

Response from the owner My agent in Cyprus warned me about these guests the day they checked in. I have been renting my apartment since 2009 and no one has complained ever before on anything. The issue of 2 bathrooms is a system error on the holiday lettings side. I never changed it to 2 bathrooms. I have raised this with them. My agent is always at hand for any issues with the apartment including issues with the hot water mentioned. There was not one call by the guest to my agent on the issue mentioned. Unfortunately, it is not possible to help a guest who does not communicate during their stay on anything that concerns them. Many happy guests have complimented me on my quick communication and making their overall experience positive .

“Fantastic Apartment”

This was our second stay at this apartment and we have already booked for next year. I think that says it all! The apartment is excellent, very clean, and modern at a perfect location. The views from the balcony are spectacular. The owner and agent are a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.
