Description

The space is a newly remodeled apartment with a separate self check-in electronic entrance (a unique key code will be provided to you prior to your arrival) so that you can come and go at your convenience. The entire unit is private with no common areas. You will also love the guest patio to relax!

The space

Kitchen: The kitchen includes a full sized fridge, microwave, stove/oven, cutlery, non-stick pots/pans, coffee maker, tea pot, crock-pot and a complimentary assortment of breakfast bars, coffee, and tea.

Living Room: Beautiful trey ceiling with recessed lighting, themed artwork and accents throughout, comfortable reclining leather couch and love seat!

Media: Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi on a 50” Flat Screen TV with Roku stick, to enjoy streaming apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime TV.

Bathroom: Complimentary toiletries (shampoo, body wash, hand soap, TP).

Bedroom Configuration:

Master Bedroom - Queen Size Bed with high-quality sheets and bedding.

Second Bedroom - 2 Twin Beds or King size (Conversion Option Available) with high-quality sheets and bedding.

Patio: Sit, relax, and enjoy a nice beverage on your private patio with fire pit (complimentary wood provided during the winter months) to warm up the cooler evenings.

Guest access

Entire apartment, guest patio, subdivision pool in the summer months with basketball / tennis courts, and playground. Only the hosts have access to the upper deck and front porch / front yard. Please familiarize yourself with the entire listing before booking.

Interaction with guests

We respect your privacy during your stay with us. We are available immediately through the app and are very quick to respond. We would love to meet you, but also understand that everyone has their own plans. If you would like to meet us, we would be happy to arrange a time with you, otherwise we are out and about.

Other things to note

• Two car maximum on the left-hand side of the driveway (No Motorcycles, commercial trucks or RVs). The right side of the driveway is for host access only as there is no street parking allowed and you run the risk of your vehicle being towed.

• For everyone's safety, security cameras are posted outside the perimeter of the house.

- No Pets/Animals – Allergy free environment to all guests.
- Quiet time is between 10PM and 7AM EST, to coincide with the HOA rules and to be respectful to our neighbors. There is a family of 4 upstairs that respects and abides by the quiet hours as well.
- For safety and insurance reasons, no fires/flammables/burning candles allowed inside.
