This beautiful 3 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom main home, offers a beach getaway that has it all - at a great rate! A large beautiful deck with ocean views from one of the 3rd floor decks. Sorry no pets allowed.

Just steps from the sand and ocean, this is a wonderful home away from home experience at the beach. A well equipped, stocked kitchen, brand new gas range and dishwasher in stainless steel finish, refrid/ice maker, cooking utensils, pots & pans, washer, dryer, dishwasher, garage, BBQ, cable tv, high speed Internet, towels & linens all all included. Beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, stand up paddle board, surfboard, long board, cornhole toss game and bikes...are all at your disposal. Leave the shampoo, blow dryer and all that at home, this home comes equipped with full size supplies. This gorgeous home is fully stocked with the essentials and necessities.

This little gem of a beach town is located just south of Channel Islands Harbor between Santa Barbara and Malibu/Los Angeles in Ventura County. Keyless entry door code is uniquely yours during your stay...no keys to worry about loosing!

How do damage deposits work?

If Debra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
