This first floor walkup condo has a beach cottage feel with all the modern conveniences. Complete contemporary renovation in ‘18 and ongoing continual touch-ups since. Load up your beach cart and spend all day chasing the sun (or kids!) between the pool and the ocean - they are steps away. An outside shower and a downstairs lockable storage closet means less sand and gear for you to worry about. Upon check in your linens will be fresh on the beds for you and hung on towel rods so that you don't have to bring them from home or unwrap expensive uncomfortable rental linens and spend the first hour of your vacation making beds (and this is included in the price of your rental without additional fee!) When the tides turn, settle in, watch TV or Netflix while you prepare meals on granite countertops in your fully stocked kitchen, and then have dinner watching the sunset from your private balcony. Blackout curtains, memory foam mattresses, and contemporary bedding mean the sound of the waves will be the last thing you hear before blissful slumber. The Oak Island Golf Course is right across the street or hop on a ferry in charming Southport over to the NC Aquarium in Fort Fisher. Whatever you do, leave the stress at home and bring your vacation self for a treat!


We have made many changes in light of Covid-19 in order to do everything we can to keep you safe as possible including: changing all bedding to white duvets that are washed in hot water and bleach between each renter, we have removed all decorative throw pillows, check out has been moved to 10am (from 11am) to give the cleaning service an extra hour to clean, couches are lysol'd/disinfectant sprayed between renters, and our cleaner is paying extra attention to the high touch areas with disinfectant in addition to the wonderful job they always do. We are communicating with our guest before and after their stay to try to make sure everyone is healthy before and after their stay.

Cancellation Policy ****

2020 - DUE TO COVID - 19, We will be adopting a more relaxed cancellation policy and will do everything we can to help your situation for new bookings. The current policy until further notice is: 30 days out:full refund. 30-14days out - 50% refund. Less than 14 days, no refund unless we are able to rebook which we make every effort to do if you request a cancellation (Minus $100 rebooking fee). We aim to be the best host possible and will do everything we can for you in whatever situation arises. We do highly recommend that you obtain a quality 3rd party trip cancellation insurance for your trip to avoid any issues inside your cancellation period in case we cannot rebook for you.

Cancellation Policy
From June 1 through the 3rd Saturday in August we have a no cancellation policy. However, we will do everything we can to try to accommodate you. Cancellations may be requested and we will attempt in good faith to find a replacement rental. If we are able to secure a replacement for you, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 fee.
Outside high season the cancellation policy is
-30 days or more prior, 100% refund.
