New Launched May 2018 this 3 bedroom apartment just one block from the Promenade des Anglais and beaches. This beautiful light drenched spacious 120 square meter apartment , located on the 3rd floor with lift, is furnished with love and care , with an interior designer Laura Poirier on hand to style the apartment. It is decorated it to a high standard as we plan to make it our temporary home on the French Riviera - we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

The Living Area

The living room is open plan to the kitchen It has 3 large French windows one of which opens out onto a sunny balcony and the other two are typical pretty Juliette balconies. The living space hosts a sofa , two very comfortable individual armchairs, glass coffee table and bookshelf. Each space is elegantly finished off with artwork and artifacts. A built in air cooling and heating system throughout the apartment keeps the perfect temperatures.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven , and the washing machine is placed in the bathroom.

BEDROOMS - 3 bedroom

Each bedroom has a large French window / Juliette balcony which alongs the room to be drench with natural light, there are shutters on each window to shut on the light for those summer nights.

The main bedroom is decorated with bursts of vibrant yellow to match the Cote D'Azur sun tones. It hosts a 180 cm super king bed with elegant grey bed base and headboard imported from the USA. and topped with high quality hotel standard mattress. We understand that a good nights sleep is very important. It also hosts a matching grey wardrobe with ample room for clothes and personal belongings.

The second bedroom room has sofa blue / silver tones throughout with a 160 king size bed also with high quality hotel standard mattress. There is a grey double wardrobe for your personal belongings.

The third bedroom has a convertible sofa which converts into two single sleepers ( 80 cm x 187 cm) which are suitable for children or petit adults only. It also has a wardrobe for your personal belongings.

Bathrooms

There are two bathrooms each with walk in large shower, vanity area and toilet. Beautifully tiled and finished.

We are very excited about our new French Rivera home and welcome you to join us in the adventure.

Your Arrival:

You will be welcomed on arrival to the apartment and given the grand tour. Local maps and tourist info will be available in the apartment and we can with you our favourite restaurants etc. You can choose to be met at the apartment or at the nearest airport bus stop,

We speak English and enjoy welcoming guests from all over the world to their temporary home on the Riviera.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL 190 EURO CASH PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL TO THE APARTMENT MANAGER FOR THE SERVICES & UTILITIES.

This fee includes end of stay cleaning of apartment, provision and laundering bed linen & towels, meet and greet, a welcome and starter pack of niceties & necessities – a French bottle of wine, nibbles, tea & coffee, dishwashing tablets, washing powder and toilet paper.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10.00am. Should you wish an earlier or later check in we will try our best to accommodate you, depending if there is a same day check in / check out. For late arrivals after 8pm there is an additional fee of 20 euro, for arrivals between 10.00pm to midnight there the fee is 40 euro.

HOUSE RULES - PLEASE READ We don't want to implement lots of house rules as you are on holiday and we want you to relax and enjoy the apartment as much as we do. All we ask is that you love and respect our apartment and take good care of it for us. Please use your beach towels when sitting on the furniture if using sun cream and oil stains, as they can be difficult to remove and clean in time for the next guest. Also if using fake tan or hair dye please bring your own towels as these products permanently stain our white towels and linen which are expensive to replace. If towels and linen are soiled and stains cannot be removed then unfortunately you will be charged for replacing these items – we hope you understand. Finally our last request is that you ensure that you had a fabulous stay and enjoy Nice and the Riviera as much as we do.
