Live a luxurious life right on the beaches of Southern Nicaragua. If you are looking to live life right on the soft white sands of the Pacific ocean, where you can see, hear and feel the sea around you, to walk on a near deserted, pristine coast line, without compromising the finer things in life, than look no further than Coco 1. This luxurious, spacious, two story townhouse is straight out of a magazine, but completely accessible to travellers to Nicaragua. Sleeping a maximum of six guests, in three bedrooms, Coco 1 offers 2.5 bathrooms, hot water, A/C, a modern well equipped kitchen, a dedicated eating area for six, tv room, outside lunge and grill wifi, secure parking and onsite security. As well Coco 1 has a beautiful, shared ocean view pool for you to cool off in, and a common area with hammocks to laze away an afternoon. A roof top viewing platform is located on the third level, the perfect spot to take those pictures you need to remember this time in paradise.

Entering the main level of the home finds the spacious media room with plenty of seating, a large flatscreen tv and stylish decor. Large glass sliding doors allow the sunlight to fill the space and slide open to allow the sounds and smells of the sea in. Outside this door is a covered lounge space with ocean views and ample seating. Just steps away is the shared pool space and hammock area.

Preparing meals in the ultra modern kitchen is effortless with all the tools you need right at your hands. Prep on the stove or grill on the BBQ. Then enjoy your dinner at the long, wooden family table, with ample serving dishes and plates for 8 people! The main level is open concept so you can keep an eye on the children or join in the conversation if you are making dinner, or reading outside on the porch. For you convenience there is a half bathroom and washer dryer on the main floor as well.

Climbing up the large staircase to the upper level you will find the three bedrooms. The queen and twin bedrooms share a large, modern bathroom with hot water. The rooms are appointed with high quality linens, top quality mattresses fans and A/C for your comfort. Across the hall sits the master suite with king bed, patio and the stunning stone bathroom. This room is literally fit for a king or queen -royalty! You deserve it! This finely appointed room lacks for nothing with a solid live edge, wood bed, luxurious linens, seating space, tv, ocean view porch, and ensuite with hot water.

From the second level if you climb the stairs up just a little farther you will find the viewing platform with views above the trees to the ocean. It is also the perfect star gazing spot- with little to no light pollution, laying up here and watching the shooting stars and milky way is pure magic.

Bonuses at Coco 1 include the wifi, cable, cleaning service and meet and greet team.
