If you feel like 'taking it easy' on your next vacation, you'll love staying in this fun & funky newer coastal home! It has fresh chic decor and clean lines and boasts multiple elevated decks for you to take in all the Bay & Gulf's sights and sounds! Ahhh! 

Spend your days on Surfside's beach (easy walking distance) taking advantage of the sunshine while you swim, fish, shell, build sand castles and more. Then, come back home to prepare your favorite dishes utilizing the gleaming white kitchen and available grill! Thereafter, relax in the family room on the couches while you watch that movie you've been longing to see - WIFI included.

After that, get that great night's sleep in the cozy comfortable beds with luxurious bedding after a refreshing shower in the sparkling clean baths. Both upper bedrooms have door to balcony/deck to welcome the fresh air and 180 degree views.

SLEEPING/BATH ARRANGEMENT:

All 3 bedrooms are outfitted with luxurious bedding, as well as, bathrooms with luxury hotel grade towels and toiletries.

\- Master is on the main level and has a king-sized bed with a full bath nearby.

\- The 2nd bedroom is on the upper level and has a full, twin and twin trundle bed plus door to deck balcony.

\- The 3rd bedroom could be used as a 2nd master with king-sized bed plus door to deck/balcony.

\- There is a full bath on the upper level in between the bedrooms.

No touristy chain restaurants, shops or hotels. Just chillin' beach bar and grills, food (and beverage) trucks (like Surfin Rita Daiquiris To-Go), burger joints (like Pier 30 and Beachfront Deck Bar & Grill) and tasty fresh seafood options (like Seahorse Bar & Grill and Red Snapper) line the water. Surfside is your simple relaxing sandy beach, water sporting, surfing, fishing and crabbing vacation destination.

How do damage deposits work?
