The space

With your own private dock, beautiful high windows overlooking the stunning Lake Capri; everything in this lovely home has been carefully thought-out and designed for the best Airbnb experience one could have.

Everything in this home is brand new--from the beautiful cherry brown hardwood to the 12-inch memory foam mattresses, huge patio and dock, stainless steel appliances, stylish furniture, modern decor.


Living Room:

Huge 9-foot windows overlooking the beautiful Lake Capri. Brand new sofa, 55-in 4k Flat Screen TV with Netflix (user account not provied), tons of seating and space. Cozy fireplace for the cold nights. Stunning lake view directly from your living room.

Gourmet Kitchen:

Brand new stove, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave, granite countertops, and cabinets. All stainless steel appliances and fresh out of the box! Completely renovated. All silverware and cookware provided to cook the perfect meal with family and friends.

5 Bedrooms, 2 Extra Large:

Up to 14 guests can sleep in comfort and luxury; all beds with brand new bed frames and 12-inch memory foam mattresses. 1800-thread count bedding sheet sets.

5 Queen sized, one King sized, and a pull out sofa that can comfortably sleep 2. Beautifully decorated rooms with plenty of closet and storage space for your personal belongings.


Newly remodeled with stunning décor and modern amenities including walk-in showers. Fresh fluffy towels and soap are provided for your convenience. Please note: shampoo and conditioner are NOT provided.

Outdoor Space:

A huge, newly constructed (2018) patio and connecting dock directly on the lake. Tons of seating, lounging, and dining space. Separated built in outdoor fire pit, grill area and seating area in backyard to sit and enjoy time with your friends and family by the lake. Hammocks between trees.

This cozy home is perfect for long term travelers who love the woods, or short-term stays for those looking to escape for a couple of days. Discounts offered for those looking for long-term stays!

For those looking to travel further, the home is conveniently located minutes away from major highways including I-20 and 285.

Note: We do not accept last minute bookings for guests without prior Airbnb history.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
