If you're looking for a unique experience, then look no further! Breakfast is included when you rent with us! We'll send you a list of grocery items to select from and will have the kitchen stocked when you arrive.

The perfect vacation home for your family just two blocks north of the beach. Ship island excursions and the Gulfport Harbor park & splash pad are less than 1 mile away. Harbor park also has a walking track and great green-space for a picnic or play time with your kids & pets. We also provide beach accessories upon request (chairs, ice chest, toys, beach towels, etc.).

This home is full of period antiques and relics of the past. Listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. Built in 1906 and beautifully restored in 2014, the Guest House offers 5 suites (2 with king beds, 3 with queen beds), each with private bath (4 with claw foot tubs and showers, 1 downstairs with walk-in accessible shower).

Hardwood floors, claw foot tubs, high ceilings, chandeliers and fireplaces are a few of it's historic features. Wi-Fi, flat screen 32" smart TV's with free access to Netflix, and lots of extra parking space for your RV or classic car are just some it's newer modern touches. The yard is beautifully landscaped with beautiful flowering plants and is perfect for your pets.

Getting around

Cruising down the beach is always fun for us. We love the fact that every day we drive "Down the Beach" to do every day tasks. There are several ways to accomplish this. You can use our CTA trolly or bus system, ask me if my bikes available, uber or hope in your own car for that wonderful ride with the windows down.

Interaction with guest

In my experience, most vacation rental owners are very hands off and usually are unavailable when unforeseen problems arise. I prefer to provide a more hands on experience for my guests. I generally will meet you at the home upon your arrival to personally introduce you to home. I operate a bed and breakfast across the street and also live nearby so I am always available if anything should come up or if you have a questions during your stay.

How do damage deposits work?
