A newly built, modern bungalow with its own pool , secluded garden, and on a plot of land 4000 square meters, where guests can enjoy privacy and at the same time be in the thick of things in the resort town of Agios Sostis , 70m from the beach and walking distance to everything .

The space

Ideal for a family or a small group of friends. Guests will enjoy the seclusion of a bungalow in lush surroundings a well kept garden and a private pool (4mx8m ) on your doorstep. At the same time being a stones throw from the beach, tavernas beach bars and all activities. The Bungalow (100 square meters) has 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and a living room with an open plan kitchen. In the living room is a sofa bed which sleeps 2 extra persons.

Guest access

Public transport from Zakynthos town takes you up to Lagana, you can walk along the beach to get to us. However if you want to see as much of the island as possible car hire for at least part of your stay is advisable. Mini markets, beach bars , tavernas, the beach etc are all within walking distance .Guests under 21 can not book.

“Fantastic”

Had an amazing time here we loved it. It was quiet but just how we like it. Literally 5 minutes to beach, shops and restaurants. The villa was clean and the hosts were fab, fresh bedding and towels every other day. The pool was a good size and couldn’t get the kids out of it. Amazing place will definitely be back.
