*Children are allowed at the house but we ask that they are at least two years of age.*

*One mature dog is allowed at the house but there is an additional pet fee of $38/dog/night (before tax). Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog, so that we can insure that you are charged correctly.*

*For security purposes, two exterior cameras are mounted on the outside of the house.*

*There is an additional charge for each person after 4 in your party. As a result, it is essential that you contact us if you intend to bring more people than what you originally booked for.*

This 100 year old house was renovated in 2011 and updated in 2017 with all new paint, furniture, and furnishings. Most walls inside are soft, calm gray. The ceilings are high. Natural light through the large original windows is lovely and abundant. There's an eclectic mix of antique and contemporary furniture along with plentiful fine art, like an old painting of San Isidro (patron saint of farmers), and several sculptures as well as area landscapes painted by your hostess, Mallory Agerton. Linger over a meal or sink into the sofa or leather chairs with a book. Drink morning coffee or evening wine in rocking chairs on the front porch or on the sitting wall beside roses in the secret side garden. Or, walk 0.7 miles to Main Street.

Downstairs, the house has two bedrooms, each with a king bed and magnificent bath. The beds and bedding are all new in 2017. The deluxe mattresses, pillows and opaque drapes should please even the pickiest sleeper. Wool rugs, crystal chandeliers, and bathrooms with tile, Carrera marble and glass add a touch of romance. The upstairs loft has a queen, two twins and a half bath.

The well-equipped kitchen includes non-stick ceramic cookware, white porcelain dinnerware, a dishwasher and microwave. The gas stove, electric oven, fridge and outdoor gas grill are new in 2017. Dine inside beneath dimmed lights and a tin ceiling or outside on the stone patio beneath an old pecan. Then, hang out around the fire pit. Other features include WiFi, a 40-inch flat screen TV, and an indoor laundry room with washer and dryer.

Come to Bella Regalo, where you can stop and smell the rosemary… and use it to season your meal.
