Welcome to Coconut Grovel unit 203. This 5 bed, 5 bath villa is located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach. Plenty of room for family and friends with 2 large balconies, 2 separate living room/recreation areas, 2 dining tables, and 2 refrigerators. The kitchen is open to the living room and features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Dual zone heating/cooling for better efficiency. Sit and relax with your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the balconies and enjoy the view of the ocean. Beach access directly across the street. Outdoor pool and elevator on property. Close to everything that North Myrtle Beach has to offer. The owner strives to create a comfortable and appealing space for you, your friends and family including FREE WiFi.

It is located just steps across the street from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the dance clubs amid all the fun of Main Street Don't miss out on the FREE concerts at Main Street's Horseshoe that are held weekly all summer.

You can relax on your covered porch and savor the beach breeze, unwind on the sundeck, or take a dip in the outdoor pool TOSS SOME STEAKS, burgers, or fresh fish on the charcoal grills and enjoy a family cookout. The villa features a FULL KITCHEN in each condo gives you the option of dining in or sampling the fare at local restaurants and bars.

There are 4 flat screen TV's in the villa. One in the living room, one in the rec room and one each in each of the 2 master bedrooms.

Located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach within walking distance to Main Street. Ocean Drive is known as the **** Capital (SC state dance) which originated in OD in the 50s and is danced to the local beach music. Beach music and the **** is still danced in the Beach Clubs located a short walk away on Main Street. Main street is a mix of unique shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, and beachwear shops all situated in the very quaint area of Ocean Drive. In the past few years they have just re-opened the OD Pavilion and Amusement Park. It is the only oceanfront amusement park in the area. It is very family oriented and for sure a don't miss.

This property does not allow boats nor trailers, but motorcycles are allowed within your 3 parking spaces (Maximum 2 bikes per space) 6 bikes total. NO TRAILERS ALLOWED You may ONLY have parking permits for up to 3 vehicles. Also pets are not allowed nor is the discharge of fireworks from the property, nor is the use of laser pointers. UNIT DOES NOT ALLOW SMOKING AND IS DESIGNATED A NON-SMOKING UNIT. Also NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. This unit has a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age and the booking is to a group of individuals then all persons in a group have to be over the age of 25 years. This does not apply to mother and fathers with children albeit in those cases the parents must be over the age of 25. Rental Agreement is required!

“Nice location”

The condo is very nice. The toilets kept clogging and the entire condo needs a good cleaning. One of the beds is broken. We told the maintenance man however it was not replaced during our stay.
