Perched on the third floor, this beautifully updated corner unit boasts scenic views of the surrounding Gulf State Park from every room. Take in the tranquil lake vistas from the large balcony while keeping an eye out for wildlife, and spend leisurely afternoons fishing from the gazebo pier. Enjoy a sparkling pool, a grill area, and private beach access just steps away.

Conveniently located, your rental offers a quiet location near a hub of activity with quick access to restaurants, shops, and local activities.

LIVING AREAS

This stylish condo has cool tiled floors in the living spaces, wood flooring in the bedrooms, and chic decor with colorful accents throughout.

The open-concept living area features a unique reclaimed wood accent wall and plenty of seating with a sleeper sofa, love seat, and two recliners. Enjoy panoramic views of the lake, or watch a movie on the 55” smart TV with a DVD player.

Off the living room, a private balcony offers even more space to stretch out and relax.

KITCHEN & DINING

In the well-appointed kitchen, you’ll find plenty of counter space, modern appliances, and everything you need to whip up delicious meals.

Enjoy a pre-dinner drink at the kitchen bar for three, then gather at the four-person table in the window-lined dining area.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

Between the pullout sofa in the living area and three bedrooms, this condo sleeps eight total.

The master bedroom offers a king bed, a 32” TV, and a plush armchair, while the en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Two additional guest bedrooms are each furnished with queen beds and flat screen TVs. One of these has a private covered balcony with partial views of the lake.

A Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination is shared between the two guest bedrooms and can also be accessed via the hallway.
