** Our housekeeping crew provides hospital grade disinfecting and cleaning, along with freshly laundered linens and bath towels. **

*Please note: all bookings for June, July, and August must span Saturday-Saturday and be a minimum of 7 days. During the Fall, Winter, and Spring, our minimum stay is frequently 2 days and occasionally 3 days for holiday weekends; changeovers can be any day of the week. If you have any additional questions please inquire. Thank you!

#429 Herring Brook Haven - 75 yard walk to Herring Pond beach or Relax on giant deck at this fantastic family home! Bring your pup, family and friends for a week at the beach or pond. Herring Pond is one of the deepest most pristine ponds on Cape Cod and it is a stone's throw across the street. Bring your bike and hit the rail-trail or the quiet back roads of the National Seashore. Training for a triathlon? Swim ½ mile laps across the pond. The home is on a huge lot and very private. With three levels of space for everyone to spread out, this fantastic vacation home is close to everything in Eastham. The top level is a wonderful open space to gather with spacious kitchen, dining & living area. The large deck offers even more space overlooking the lovely natural landscape with a pocket view of the famous First Encounter marshlands! There are 3 spacious bedrooms and another full bath sleeping 7 with queen bed, 2 twins and a bunk with double and twin. The professionally finished basement with a private laundry room also has 2 separate sleeping areas with a queen bed and a twin bed sleeping an additional 3 for a total of eight guests.
