Description

All New, renovated 400 sq. ft. cottage is located centrally in South Lee, / Stockbridge line. Only 1 mile from Stockbridge main street, Marion Father's, nightly entertainment at the Red Lion's Den, close to everything, boutique shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and all Berkshire cultural attractions. Live Glass Blowing just down the street.

This home has had a full restoration beginning with the new open floor plan, lofted ceiling and exposed beams. Meticulously designed and renovated with all new, lovely furnishings, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. New bathroom, marble vanity, Pima Cotton towels, hypoallergenic sheets and pillows from Mellanni Fine Linens. Shampoo, conditioner, soaps, iron, and hairdryer provided. Sleeps 2 people. Open cottage feel with Queen size bed in upstairs loft area accessible by stairs with rail.

Sip your coffee or tea on the screened porch and end your day on the patio with a glass of wine. There is a gas grill for cooking outdoors, nice yard and parking for 2 cars.

Enjoy the scenery with its ideal location and views of Beartown Mountain and Yale Hill. A true vacation getaway close to all the Berkshire amenities and the fine arts, theatre, and music including Tanglewood (summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra), Berkshire Theatre Festival, Jacobs Pillow, The Mount, Kripalu, Naumkeg Gardens, National Shrine of the Divine Mercy, Norman Rockwell Museum, Chesterwood, Berkshire Botanical Gardens, Shakespeare and Company, Stockbridge Playhouse, Barrington Stage, Williams Theatre, Colonial Theatre, Red Lion, Lee Premium Outlets, Butternut Art Festivals, Great Barrington Film Festival, Hancock Shaker Village, Clark Art, Mass MOCA, Catamount Ski area zip line, Butternut Ski, and Bousquet waterpark and slide. Great road cycling and mountain biking right out the door, along with kayaking, canoeing, golfing, hiking on the Appalachian Trail, lakes and beaches, golfing, along with so much more. Or simply enjoy resting on the porch or under the huge canopy of the mammoth tamaracks in the yard.

Tenants that do not vacate the rental property by 11:00AM without the consent of the Property Manager / Owner are subject to a fee equal to one (1) rental day.
