It offers two bedrooms; a king-size, and a twin, there is also a family bathroom and a cloakroom, the property can sleep four people. The inside also provides a kitchen with a dining area, a utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is off road parking and an enclosed front lawn. A well-presented cottage in a fine Scotland location.
Amenities: Oil central heating, woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and gamesi. Town: This East Lothian village sits 20 miles from Edinburgh, a lovely holiday base. Gifford offers a small selection of shops, a pub/restaurant, a café and two golf courses. It boasts a parish church and a town hall. For a wider choice, Haddington is four miles away, sat on the River Tyne and has a golf course. The coast and beach at Luffness is ten miles away. Edinburgh is worth a visit as it hosts beautiful buildings, amenities and parks and gardens.

“Felt a little neglected”
