Response from the owner Wow is all I can say. It helps that you were just as pleasant to deal with. We are making further improvements to unit #12 as we just remodeled the bedroom, replacing the 1970's panel wall with drywall, hard wiring the fan and new plantation shutters on the front facing windows. Our other unit is seeing the same improvements. As far as the pool, you are preaching to the quire. I too wish we had a pool but am happy to settle for the Gulf. How do damage deposits work?

If Heath (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
