Welcome to the perfectly designed "CHILL PILL" - the nicest, NO FUSS house you will ever find. We personally designed this new Destin house to be the ultimate vacation getaway, no wasted space with practical - but comfortable and gorgeous design!
**Sleeps 24 in beds but max 12 adults due to bunks, no one over age 12 in bunks**
Directly across the street from the beach, 150 steps to beach access and a half-block to Camille's and also 790 on the Gulf (Inn at Crystal Beach's water-front restaurant/grill). No wasted space in this house, smartly-designed bedrooms that aren't overly large - but still plenty spacious - and have built-in wood shelves in closets instead of bulky dresser; TVs all wall-mounted with no exposed wires; nice touches such as wall sconces and USB charging stations by each bed plus a bluetooth speaker (CubieBlue)
EVERY bedroom (6) has a King except the top-floor bunk room;
EVERY bedroom has its own en-suite full bathroom, no sharing bathrooms! EVERY bedroom has its own 4K wi-fi TV;
three of the King bedrooms open onto balcony facing beach side, which is full width of the house
Top/3rd floor bunk room (7th bedroom) is 34' X 13' with loft ceilings and houses 4 sets of sturdy, built-in twin bunks (8 twins) and has its own lounge area with 3 leather couches and large 70" 4K wi-fi TV making the bunk room like kid/teen heaven!
All bathrooms are walk-in tiled showers except the 2 "family" bedrooms which have King PLUS a set of twin bunks and have a tub/shower combo to bathe the little ones
Massive 43' X 17' living room split down the middle with two high-top gathering/dining tables which seat 20 plus 4 barstools at 9X5 kitchen island; one end of living room has a Presidential pool table and shuffleboard table; the other end has three leather couches; both ends have 4K wi-fi TVs wall-mounted (a 60" and a 70"). SONOS wi-fi speakers stream anything from your library or from our paid Pandora or other accounts.
Plentiful windows on back side overlooking private pool on the beach side, pool has tanning shelf and water spouts; two sets of french doors open to pool for relaxed flow from living room to patio.
Large open kitchen with 9' X 5' center island with bar stools; all the gadgets including trash compactor, built-in ice maker under counter, Keurig plus Ninja brew station, TWO refrigerators, and TWO sets of front-loading washer/dryers in the laundry room
High-end Simmons/Serta mattresses and 650-thread count linens; clean-lines coverlets
Wood-look tile and LVP flooring that is much cleaner than carpets which get inundated with salt and sand (minimal area rugs as needed)
Original artwork from local artists complement the modern, coastal feel
BEDDING, no sleeper sofas and set up like 6 Master bedrooms= 6 Kings, 2 sets twin bunks in the 2 family King rooms; plus bunk room with four sets of BUILT-IN twin bunks. TOTAL 24 in beds but max of 12 adults.
Parking for 6 . There is no street parking in this neighborhood, no jet ski/boat or trailer parking.
