Covered outdoor living room + 2 bars, fridge, stainless kitchen area, Arcade, Pool table, Table Shuffleboard table, Wine bar, Darts, Stereo, air purifiers if you need sound when you sleep, sound wave alarm clocks, popcorn Machine with FREE POPCORN, Bean-bag toss and variety of board games. Plenty to do on a rainy day! Completely updated with new 65” flat screen, quartz, marble, new furniture, flat screens, etc. LARGE sunken tub in spacious master suite with sitting area. Beautiful neighborhood to walk/jog/explore, wooded park less than block away. Very desirable EAST location close to beaches, airport, Las Olas, Downtown. Close to everything but secluded enough and 3/4 acre to get away from it all too. 1.1 m to Restaurants/Bars/shopping. 1.3 mi to Elizabeth Hayes Civic Park with playground equipment, 1.5 mi from Park Pool or just walk around all of the canals taking pictures of the $10MIL+ yachts. If you feel adventuresome and have some water socks - feel free to use my kayak in my canal behind my home or ask for fishing poles. 6 houses from New River into inter coastal.
