This property is a charming light-filled, Scandinavian style, two-storey warehouse apartment situated in the heart of Collingwood. Smith, Gertrude and Brunswick Streets are at your doorstep or take a short 15 - 20 minute stroll and you will be immersed in the CBD.

This marvellous two-level penthouse apartment is situated in a magnificent converted warehouse in the very trendy Collingwood warehouse precinct. Each floor of the penthouse has a huge deck that is perfect for an outdoor meal or catching some sun. Spacious and light filled with floor to ceiling windows, the apartment features a stunning marble bathroom with an oversized rain shower head. It’s very secure building that requires an access code to enter.

This light-filled penthouse is in an amazing location for a city stay; located amongst so many cafes, restaurants, shops and is only minutes from the trams. It includes two large outdoor decks/patios (45 sq m in total) with city views from the upper floors of the large, renovated warehouse area. Excellent facilities with an LCD TV, unlimited Wi-Fi and security, reserved, undercover car parking all included.

Perfect for couples or smaller families, this modern apartment has spacious living areas indoors and out, a large, amazing kitchen, and two bedrooms with a bathroom with rainforest shower head and powder room. It also includes central heating and air-conditioning, secure building with intercom entry, and secure undercover car space.

Your boutique penthouse includes high quality Scandinavian furnishings and appliances, linen, towels, and a full kitchen with generous bench space and top line appliances, as well as laundry facilities. There's also a cot and high chair available for a small fee if needed. Don't forget to bring linen for the cot.

Your stay includes fortnightly cleaning and servicing of the penthouse, and replacement of all sheets and towels etc.

This amazing apartment offers the very best of contemporary living; an abundance of space, light, architectural flair and urban chic and is immediately accessible to the all that Collingwood, nearby Richmond, Fitzroy, Abbotsford and the CBD has to offer.

Service fee: $150 per stay

A portacot and high chair is available for a small fee - BYO cot linen.

*Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times:

Between 6:00 am and 9:30 am: $25.00

Between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm: $25.00

Between 9:00 pm and midnight $55.00

Between midnight and 6:00 am: $100.00

We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site once your booking is confirmed, and your security deposit is processed; a week before arrival. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.

SECURITY BOND

The Host requires a minimum security bond of $600, which increases for very long stays and bookings on the day of arrival.

Getting around

This apartment is very centrally located and the CBD is only a 15 – 20 minute walk. The number 86 tram along Smith street goes directly into the CBD. The closest train station is Collingwood but funnily enough it is located on the other side of Hoddle Street in Abbotsford. The closest Melbourne bike share station is located on Brewery Lane which is only about a 2 or 3 minute walk from the apartment.

Interaction with guest

We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We generally check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day. A compendium with full instructions and local information is supplied in all of our apartments Full directions & instructions on how to access your apartment will be provided once your booking is confirmed with StayCentral. Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card.

As you said though, the apartment itself is not only spacious and light; it has two large, sunlit decks which double the amount of living area in the property. How do damage deposits work?
