Description

Our 2-level home offers you the perfect place to have a great extended stay in Charleston. It's located in the very popular neighborhood of James Island. It's an 8 minute drive to Downtown Charleston and a 12 minute drive to Folly Beach. The neighborhood is quiet, welcoming and convenient. Restaurants, as well as a grocery store, coffee shop and gym are within walking distance.

The entire home is yours to enjoy! Downstairs enjoy the living room and kitchen, as well as a half bathroom. Upstairs enjoy the two large bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, and the bathroom with an excellent shower. There is plenty of closet space throughout, and you are welcome to use the two free off-street parking spots in front of the home.

-Kick back and relax in the living room. There's plenty of comfy seating as well as a 40 inch TV with cable.

-Enjoy your morning coffee or a dinner with family and friends in the bright kitchen. There also find many conveniences, including pots, pans, utensils and bakeware.

-Sleep well. Upstairs, the 2 bedrooms each have queen size beds with excellent mattresses. Downstairs the sofa bed offers a comfy place to sleep for one person. We provide you with clean, crisp linens as well as blankets.

-Enjoy free WiFi throughout.

-There is a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use at no charge. There is also lots of closet space.

-There's two off-street parking spots available to you at no charge right outside the home.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
