Grace Bay Beach is consistently voted top worldwide and features picture-perfect tropical surroundings. Immerse yourself in the “upside-down” structural design, which offers (unmatched) elevated views of Grace Bay Beach. The powder-white sands and gentle gin-colored waves create a picturesque scene reminiscent of a work of art.
This stunning villa features six large bedrooms, all with private en-suite baths & large soaking tubs, shower stalls, and double vanities. Each bedroom also offers a work desk and a small kitchenette with a mini-fridge (and even a private washer/dryer!). An inviting live reef, teaming with marine life, sits just offshore -making this the perfect spot for a snorkeling adventure. You’ll catch a glimpse of the neighborhood octopus! (note: fishing on this reef is prohibited)
The Admiral and Driftwood Suites have amazing turquoise sea views with King beds. The Anchorage and Mariner’s Suites feature partial sea views and two queen/twin bunk beds. The Vegas and Imperial Suites open to the 5 Diamond pool deck and have King beds with pool views. All bedrooms are on the ground floor and offer incredible privacy and space. There is also a full gym on this level, complete with cardio equipment, weight machines, free-standing exercise gear, and even a sauna that will fit 6. For cocktails at sunset or stargazing at night, ascend the spiral stairs to the sky lounge on the rooftop! Complete with comfortable furnishings and a fire pit, this special feature is one not to miss.
The top floor offers some of the most stunning turquoise views on the island, with 180° views of paradise. Designed to accommodate large groups, the upper level provides ample seating space, games, a huge private bar, 108″ Ultra HD large projection TV, and a giant chef’s kitchen with a professional-grade, 10-burner cooktop and two of everything. The upper level has a wrap-around terrace with plenty of seating, 2 BBQ grills, and both indoor and al-fresco dining. Impulse is genuinely the perfect vacation villa!

• AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given the first $500 per week of AC cost at no charge; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in.
