Take a 5-minute boat ride to Shell Island, walk to the Gulf of Mexico, or simply enjoy the scenic lagoon views from the private yard!

This recently remodeled home sits directly on an inlet off of Saint Andrew Bay and offers the perfect mix of beach-themed decor and modern luxuries. A new pool and deck have been added for ultimate fun in the sun.

Begin your day with a cup of freshly-brewed Keurig coffee from the coffee bar in the living room. Relax on the furnished second-story deck and gaze out at the beautiful canal or sink into one of the 2 living room couches to plan out your day! The central living space features hardwood flooring, tall ceilings, and a calming seafoam green interior.

Before you head to the Gulf, cook a hearty meal in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen outfitted with a 6-burner Thermador stovetop, stainless steel appliances, sleek granite countertops, and beautiful cabinetry. St. Andrews State Park is a quick 4-mile drive from your door where you can tan on white-sand beaches, explore one of the many nature trails, or watch for wildlife! Gator Lake is a beautiful preserve located at the south end of the park where the indigenous alligators roam freely for those looking for an adrenaline rush.

When you're not dining at the house, drive to one of the top-notch local eateries around Panama City Beach. Dee's Hang Out is a local hot spot known for their quality seafood, fried cheese grits, and freshly-shucked oyster platters! “Plenty of Room to Spreadout”

The house had plenty room and no one was under each other. It was a short walk to the beach. Must give Dat Cajun Cafe a try, food was excellent, would go back.
