Description

This is an unprecedented 10 acre estate on Lake Travis perfect large groups, family reunions, weddings, and other events. This amazing property boasts its own private cove with a two-slip boat dock, 6,500 square feet of living space, multiple kitchens, two bars, and an optionally heated pool and hot tub. This property can sleep up to 45 guests in 5 separate suites which include 10 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. Significant renovations including new furniture, appliances, finishes, and professional interior design were completed in the last few years.

Upon entering the property, guests will see an expansive lawn drawing you down to Lake Travis and our private deep water cove, where our guests will enjoy a large boat dock that can accommodate a 20 foot boat and a 35 foot yacht.

Behind the house there is a covered back porch connecting the five living spaces and the backyard includes a volleyball net, tetherball, gazebo with outdoor dining table and huge charcoal/wood grill, fire pit with adirondack chairs, large pool, hot tub/spa, seating to relax under oak trees, and lots of space to relax and play yard games

Large groups will appreciate the 5 separated living areas / suites, each with its own entrance on the backside of the home.

***If you are bringing a boat, there is a boat ramp nearby. We will need the license plate, make and model for the allotted 2 vehicles allowed, and then we will send you the passes to access the boat ramp. We have to go through the city, so we need at least 3 weeks notice to ensure your passes arrive on time.

We have several primary rules:

1) We do not allow loud outdoor music after 10pm due to HOA rules

2) Fireworks are not allowed per city ordinance.

3) Parking is not allowed on the street per city ordinance. There is parking behind the house and parking in the front circular driveway. 

4) Fraternity, Bachelor-style, or any loud parties are prohibited. Groups that misrepresent the nature or size of their party will be asked to leave. We monitor exterior noise levels to ensure that your group complies with the rules.
