Located in the heart of Le Marais and its trendy shops and restaurants, just steps away from the metro (St Sebastien Froissard) in a beautiful and quiet Beaux Arts building recently designated a historical landmark, this gorgeous 1BR/1BA designer apartment (accommodating up to 4 people: 2 in the bedroom, and 2 in the convertible sofa bed located in the living room) enjoys southern exposure and is filled with wonderful natural lighting throughout the day.

The stylish decor, retro-chic with French antiques from the 20's and 60's, combined with modern furnishings, boasts original Versailles parquet floors, exposed beams, a decorative fireplace and is extremely well equipped with all your modern amenity needs including :
