A stunning 30 acre estate situated atop the rolling hills just 10 min east of downtown Paso Robles. Surrounded by award winning wineries, picturesque sunsets, hundreds of moss covered oaks, hiking trails, swimming pools, a tennis court, & vista views of rolling hills & vineyards as far as the eye can see. The spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath ranch home, features a large kitchen with a formal dining room perfect for parties or family meals, stylish contemporary decor, & luxurious resort style amenities.

In addition to the main ranch house, we also have a beautiful guest house for rent with its own private deck, pool, and vineyard views.

On the ranch property there are 3 vintage restored trailers for nightly rental.

Shared to all is an outdoor kitchen with a banquet table for 20, multiple picnic tables underneath native oak shade trees, and a sunset pergola with stunning vista views.

Interaction with guest

The owners do not live on the property. The main ranch house and pool are 100% exclusive to our guests. There is a guest house and vintage trailers that are also rentable, main house renters share the use of the tennis court, sunset pergola, fire pit, hiking trails, and outdoor kitchen with these guests. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jeffrey (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
