Lucia Villas is a complex of two connected units located at Nagisa Bali Bay View Villas complex – Nusa Dua, with private enter and 24 hours security. It only takes 10 minutes to go to the Ngurah Rai International Airport if you drive through the over-the-water Bali Mandara toll road and it is easy to go to the beautiful beaches of the Nusa Dua.

Lucia 1 and Lucia 2 are identical and can connect thank to a little gate. It offers a very modern style. Maximizing its space, the villa was built around the pool. While entering, you can find a huge swimming pool (5x9) and an appreciable lawn to lie down and sunbath. Or you can use The sunbeds, optimum for relaxing by the pool on the wooden pool deck.

The villa is well decorated with stylish modern mixed traditional artworks. it is composed of three bedrooms. The living room provides a large corner sofa and a coffee table in front of a large screen TV with speaker. A large window provide lot of light in the living room and a view of the garden. The wooden dining table for 6 persons is perfect for sharing a good meal with family or friends. For your comfort, you will find AC in the living room. you’ll also find a kitchen, which is all equipped (microwave, water dispenser, fridge, toaster).

This open space opens on to the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, bedside tables and the air conditioning. The bathroom includes a double sink with its mirror, a toilet, a bathtub.

Stairs in the living room lead you upstairs where you will find a balcony that offers a pool and garden view. Also, there are two identical bedrooms, with private bathroom, queen size bed, tv, AC, dressing. The en-suite bathroom is composed by a wardrobe, a toilet, a sink with its mirror, a bathtub.

On the second and last floor, you can enjoy a little rooftop with a Gazebo. The peaceful area is perfect for a drink or for relaxation and admire the ocean view.

The villa also provides outdoor bathroom and a private parking for two cars.

The villa is very spacious and nice. Great furniture and TV’s, fridge, etc. But the kitchen had only one teaspoon and one big spoon for six people. No tea towels are available as well. Drinking … More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
