This cozy adobe casita is the perfect location for relaxing in Old Mesilla within a few blocks of its historic plaza. The area offers a variety of shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and a Friday & Sunday farmer’s market. Casita is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers and offers the comforts you need inside and out. The beautifully landscaped backyard has plenty of seating, gas grill, and gas fire pit.

This newly renovated historic adobe casita has over 960 square feet of inside space. Saltillo floors and adobe walls throughout. Talevera tile in bathroom with oversized shower. Nice linens for bath & bed. Living room with sofa sleeper can be separated from the rest of the common areas by closing bypass doors. Separate completely equipped laundry room with mudroom. Relax in comfort with central cooling & heating. In the fully remodeled kitchen there are new appliances, plenty of dishes, and pans to cook up anything your heart desires.

This home offers secure WiFi. The living room has a 50” new flat screen smart TV and the bedroom has a 23” new flat screen TV. Using your login information, the smart TV’s can be used to stream television shows and movies from a variety of apps, like Netflix, Youtube, Amazon, and Hulu (among others). A digital antenna provides most local channels. Amazon Echo is available for turning on/off lights, weather forecasts, radio listening, etc. Folding desk is perfect for working on your laptop and can be used in any part of the home.

Beautifully landscaped private backyard and front porch facing the street. The backyard includes a pergola sitting area, sitting area with a fire pit, and a gas grill. From the inside and most of the outside you can have views of the steeples of Basilica San Albino Catholic Church and the Organ Mountains – in the winter.

Guests will have access to the entire casita with easy access to the keys via a coded lock. The code will provided upon booking. Attached covered single car carport for parking.
