Available for rent is a stunning, air conditioned 2 bedroom penthouse apartment in Los Alcazares with a large sunny roof terrace.  The apartment is modern, light, and airy and is absolutely perfect for your holiday.  The apartment has free wifi and freeview TV included.  The apartment is situated on the top floor, which has full lift access, and the complex is gated and secure.  

The apartment is set in the lovely town of Los Alcazares, and is just 10 minute walk to the beautiful bays of the Mar Menor.

The apartment is beautifully furnished with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker hob, hot/air conditioning to all rooms.  On site there is also 3 communal pools at your disposal.

Within a short walk there are four good sized supermarkets.  The main square is only five minutes walk from the apartment and here you will find a variety of bars and restaurants catering for every taste from the traditional English fare to Italian, Japanese, Taiwanese, Chinese, Chilean, Indian, International, Irish Bar (the list goes on). There are numerous golf courses close by with La Serana and Roda Golf around 1-2 miles away and the Polaris golf courses only a short drive.

Response from the manager Hi there We are really saddened to receive this review from you, and I apologies that you feel the apartment was not at the standard you would expect. The apartment was cleaned thoroughly before you arrived by our cleaning staff and we have not received any complaints about this before. You didn't mention anything to us during your stay or we would have addressed any issues immediately. I dont understand why you would pay for the clean and then clean yourself if your not happy with it. We did contact you before your holiday to let you know the situation with the apartment, and when the property was booked, the lights and lift were working in the block. We were told on a daily basis this will be up and running and the lights would be back on, but due to the basement flooding because of the gota fria, this has taking longer than anticipated, unfortunately this was beyond our control. We were not aware whatsoever of your medical issues, and had we have know this, although you had booked a roof terrace but was not suitable due to the lift broken, we would have moved you to another apartment which was more accessible. Again, I wish you would have contacted us during your stay, and not just left a review after, as we could have dealt with any issues straight away to ensure your stay was more pleasureable. “Holiday”

Fantastic stay at Puerto marina apartments, lovely rooms, great facilities & 3 fantastic swimming pools. Craig was very helpful on arrival would recommend this place to anyone. Everybody we spoke with around the pool had no complaints about anything. Great place to come with families.

How do damage deposits work?
