The Beach House is a newly renovated 10 bedroom family-friendly beach home located ½ block from the beautiful Cape May beaches. Replete with contemporary furnishings and décor, it is a fantastic getaway to create those memories at the beach! Has Handicapped Accessible features.
Nestled close to the ocean, it’s the perfect vacation home for large families/groups, or small ones that like lots of space. Rented in its entirety, the Beach House sleeps 22 with 10 bed rooms, and 10 full baths and 2 half baths. The Beach House boasts two expansive kitchen areas with stainless steel appliances and dishwashers on two floors. The second-floor kitchen area has an 18 ft. dining room table which can seat up to 22 people.
The Beach House is also the perfect property for your dream beach wedding. Compliments of it numerous rooms, the Beach House is ideal for the bridal or groom party to stay and gather in for the wedding. Working with our professional sales team you can have your reception right on the grounds of the Beach House. Pulling together a corporate retreat for training, team building or strategizing? This is a fabulous location that accommodates the full group as well as having break-out areas. There is nothing like the beach to stimulate your mind and rejuvenate your soul!
**Complimentary beach service! This includes - one lounge chair and beach towel per registered guest, one beach umbrella for every 2 registered guests.**
**The elevator shall not be operational during the occupancy of the property by the Tenant unless the Tenant makes express arrangements for the use of the elevator during the time of occupancy.**
All linens will be supplied, including blankets, pillows and beach towels.

“GREAT PLACE FOR LARGE GROUP”
