Description

Sunset views abound over the marsh and gorgeous Big Bay Creek! Located at the western end of Edisto Beach. The villas overlook Big Bay Creek, South Edisto River and Edisto Marina. This is a 3 story building with private balconies and an elevator. Plenty of boating activity and sunsets to make this a perfect retreat! We are in walking distance to Bay Creek Park, Edisto Marina and several restaurants​. Beach access is just a short walk away.

This villa has been newly renovated with granite kitchen countertops, new luxury plank flooring, and a coastal decor. You will find an onsite pool perfect for an afternoon splash! Sunsets, shrimp boats, fisherman, water skiers and even dolphins can be spotted. The villa faces the marsh with the master opening on the covered deck. Each bedroom has a connecting bath. The great room is filled with sunlight and very open for a comfortable stay. No Smoking. Departure Cleaning is included. Villa available for short stay rentals. No boats/trailers/golf carts allowed in the parking area and only 2 outdoor parking spaces available per villa.

“Overall very happy with rental”

Great view easy access. The only problem was the wiring. Every time we tried to charge a device eg iPhone iPad, The circuit was blown. It was frustrating since we really liked the unit.

How do damage deposits work?
