Summer Beach is a very popular gated resort community on Amelia Island. This lovely cottage is just a short block away from the beach, and the pool for a refreshing break is even closer. Indeed, this is a home away from home. When you drive up the driveway a lovely rose garden welcomes you. Find bright tasteful rooms in a Mediterranean style décor to makes sure you feel your vacation has begun. The large upscale kitchen promises many hours of fun preparing delicious dishes for family and friends. Most likely you will want to enjoy these meals on the spacious patio surrounded by a lovely garden. Patio string lights ensure romantic and fun filled evenings. In the afternoons when it may be too hot outside take advantage of the air-conditioned Florida Room with a nice sitting area a flat screen TV and a table perfect for games. The Florida room also features an additional kitchen area. Enjoy afternoon drinks and observe butterflies, birds and the amazing oak trees.

The living room is spacious, and several sky lights make sure all the rooms are bright at all times. The master suite is to your right when you enter the home. It features a king bed and a beautiful bright, large en-suite bathroom that is private from the rest of the house. Also featured are two guest rooms with queen beds. Both with windows looking out to the garden. Large Flat Screen TVs are located throughout the house.

This property is close to the shopping areas on the south end of the island. Stroll among the eclectic shops after dining in one of the fabulous restaurants. During the day there is plenty to do on Amelia Island. Go fishing, swimming, kayaking, explore historical sights just to mention a few.

This vacation rental property is the perfect place for family reunions with members of all ages or group gatherings. You will leave with amazing memories and you will want to come back next year

How do damage deposits work?
