If you want to get away from it all but still be close to everything, then you’ve found the ideal home base! At Cimarron Lodge 6, you can enjoy Telluride in one of the largest and only true ski-in / ski-out locations in town.


This stylish ski in / ski out end-unit lodge home is steps away from Lift 7, meaning you’ll have absolutely prime ski access and a ski locker located along the pedestrian walkway at the snow’s edge. The ticket office and the rental office are super close, too.

Hungry or thirsty? Downtown’s hip dining and bar scene is a scant ten minute walk along the San Miguel River Trail. Honestly, in this town you can pretty much walk to everything - sports, fine dining, top brew houses, hiking, fishing. So unless you’re going on a day trip, your car can just stay in the garage.


After your day out, it’s all about recharging and relaxing once you walk through the door. Located on the second and third floors, this 2-level luxe home offers an open and spacious floor plan. Sweeping mountain views from enormous picture windows bring in both nature and lots of natural light. Recline in bonded leather comfort, sipping wine in front of the fireplace as you chat and watch the skiers and snowboarders descend the mountain.

Currently undergoing a transformation designed especially with our guests in mind, our planned upgrades will let you live like a very well-appointed Telluride resident.


Coming in 2019 are voice controlled Alexa-enabled smart TVs in every bedroom (no more fumbling with remotes - you just have to speak to turn the TV on, off, or to open your favorite streaming app), upgraded UGG bedding (yes, from the same people who make those yummy, furry boots), luxurious bathrobes, upgraded kitchen appliances like a Keurig that can make either a cup or a carafe of coffee, and more. This is in addition to the radiant-heated floors and full bathroom already located in every bedroom.


Unique upgrades planned for 2019 include a ski lift chair swing with a custom painted mountain mural backdrop (the perfect selfie spot) and.....wait for 80’s-style upright arcade video game machine with all the classics like Pac Man, Street Fighter, Donkey Kong, and more. New photos will be coming soon, so stay tuned and be among the first to enjoy the new features!


There are two master bedrooms and a kids' bedroom with four built-in bunk bed upstairs, and another junior master bedroom downstairs.

Every bedroom has its own bathroom, all of which are equipped with radiant heated floors - which feel delicious when you step out of the steam shower. One master bedroom offers a jetted Jacuzzi tub.

And about the chef's kitchen: it’s huge, fully loaded with a full-sized fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave, and stocked with basics like salt, sugar, oil, dishes, cookware and dinnerware. We’ve even included our favorite recipes customized for both the ingredients and appliances on hand.

In addition to world famous skiing, Telluride is also known as the festival capital of Colorado. All summer long, the town hosts huge events that celebrate music, art, film, nature, and more.

But winter or summer, Telluride remains a stunningly gorgeous town while remaining down-to-earth, unspoiled, and true to its frontier roots. Locals will cheerily greet you on the way to a local pub or returning home from a great day of skiing and you know, Butch Cassidy did rob his first bank here.

All in all, this is a homey town populated with friendly people who in turn own lots of friendly dogs. A trip to Telluride will compel you to slow down and appreciate nature as one of the finer things in life, and that's really what makes this place so special. Come visit - we’d love to have you :-).

Gondola: For many Telluride visitors, a gondola ride is one of the most memorable parts of their trip. These rides between Telluride and Mountain Village offer spectacular views of the surrounding San Juan Mountains. And the best part: The gondola is free and runs every day of the week in the summer and winter. Shuttle: Throughout the year (including when Telluride's gondola is not in operation), travelers can rely on the area's shuttle service. Galloping Goose buses, which are free to ride, run a loop around Telluride every 20 mins.
