This Florida vacation home was totally remodeled in 2018 and is located 5 miles from the Atlantic Ocean and the quaint shops and eateries along Flagler Ave. in New Smyrna Beach. The 2800 sf home sits on the 11th hole at the semi-private Preserve at Turnbull Bay golf course. Relax on the screened lanai or take a dip in the inground, heated pool. Gas firepit for samores or for gathering on a cool evening. Indoor features include 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, spacious eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, butler's pantry with beverage fridge, coffee/tea bar, on-site laundry, and a 2 car garage. The home is 30 minutes south of Daytona Beach and 1 hour northeast of Orlando. Enjoy the Orlando area amusement parks for the day or stay nearby and visit local attractions. There are 4 cameras located outside, driveway, front doorbell, then 2 in the back on both corners of the house. No smoking and No pets - Thank you

This is one of the very nicest homes we have wintered at in FL. Although it's not on the beach, it is only a few short minutes from it. We hope to return!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Dave & Cindy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
