Come stay in this bright, wonderfully located 3 bedroom high-rise apartment with suntan deck! Located in Pico Robertson / Beverly Hills in West LA, this listing is: 10 minutes to Hollywood and S. Monica, 15 minutes to the beach and downtown LA and within 40 minutes to Universal Studios.

Very central to most of LA's attractions. This listing is newly updated, has private entrance, central A/C and heat, WIFI and WIFI TV, & can sleep up to 10 guests. You'll love the high ceilings, and beautiful view from the roof deck!

Enjoy our luxurious 7 person jacuzzi/hot tub spa with outdoor television, and magnificent hardwood deck.

The high-rise apartment is located behind a single family residence in the rear of the property lot. Guests will be able to access the unit privately. A lockbox or combo lock will be available to open the unit.

Response from the owner This guest decided to stay elsewhere with friend (for free) but had already booked this property. This review (in which he acknowledges that he didn't even stay in the property) was part of a strategy to get a full refund, despite booking a property and simply not needing it. It worked - the guest was refunded in full. (Partially so that we could avoid a bad review. Oh well :-)!
