Welcome to paradise

The vacation home Villa Brown Pelican is located in the southwest of Cape Coral. Because of the canals throughout, the city is known as Venice of Florida. The cityscape is dominated by luxury villas, tropical flowers and many palms as well as marinas and golf courses.

The vacation home has about 1700 sqft. The livingroom, the dining area and the kitchen are open and the glass doors to the lanai can be opened so that the living room reaches to the pool.

The pool can be heated with an energyefficient rooftop solarheater. The large pooldeck is east facing so you can enjoy the Florida sun.

Four bedrooms with one kingsize, two queensize and two twin beds give plenty room for up to eight people.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a range hood with microwave oven with hob and oven. The large dining table provides ample space for 6 persons. Coffee maker and toaster are also components such as glasses and flatware. Washing machine, dryer and iron / ironing board are available. With your laptop you will have access to our encrypted wireless DSL.

On the lanai you have a table with 6 chairs, 4 loungers, 4 addtl. chairs and a gasgrill.

If you want to go to the beach, just take the sun loungers, the umbrella and the cooler.

Response from the owner We appreciate comments so we can improve our rental homes and make things better. In this case, in our ad and when asking for a quote, there was clearly mentioned by Flipkey that the electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged. Therefore we read the meter when checking-in and out. As well the guest asked for a late departure around 5 p.m. and he agreed in email conversation (12/04/18) that there is an addtl. fee of $75. Well, trash bins are picked up at that location every Monday, so when guests arrive on Saturday they may find some stuff from past guests in the bins. Yes, in our ad there is a map with the exact location of the house. So guests can zoom in and out and have always the chance to see the surrounding area on this map or satellite view. So the terms and conditions and also written agreement were clear.
