Description

Villa Aphrodite is built on private grounds of 2000m2 surrounded by a long and high stone wall. It offers total privacy even though it is extremely close to local amenities, restaurants, sandy beaches and a beautiful fishermen village. It boasts a spectacular exotic garden, lawn and a 60m2 swimming pool (secured with a child alarm on request) with crystal clear waters only troubled by the waterfall dripping on its edge.

The fully air-conditioned villa, covering 330m2 is set on three floors with 5 bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms. From the main glass door entrance, you enter a spacious living room with two sitting areas equipped with a large fire place, satellite TV, home cinema and a DVD player. The living room, like the entire estate is covered with wi-fi. As you walk through the house you will find a dining room along with a fully equipped American-style kitchen. A discreet access allows you to pass from the dining room to a private covered outdoor gym area.

On the lower floor of the villa there are three double bedrooms all decorated in unique themes (morrocan, bali and greek) and their individual en-suite bathrooms; two of which feature walk in showers, whereas the third benefits of a hydro-massage bathtub. Two of the rooms also benefit with a direct access to a terrace with sun beds and a ping-pong table.

On the upper floor, you will find the gorgeous master bedroom which features on one hand the beautiful gorge of Selinari, while on the other the traditional village of Sisi and its bay. On the same floor, you will find the splendid fifth double bedroom which also features the gorge of Selinari and the olive groves that surround the house. Both bedrooms have large en-suite bathrooms where you can spoil yourself in either the Jacuzzi or walk-in showers.

The sizes of the beds in the villa are either 160cm (3 beds) or 180 cm (2 beds).

The house as a whole is refined and offers modern amenities in a comfortable environment.

The main outdoor terrace features a spacious pool (heated at an extra charge of 50€/day), a fully equipped outdoor bar which contains a large professional fridge, a dining area suited for 10, a charcoal BBQ and a restroom. Whether by the pool with its comfortable sun-beds or by the bar, you will be able to enjoy music, movies or live satellite TV on the outdoor projected cinema & sound system. The large garden that surrounds the villa and its terrace allows you to walk through countless exotic plants where you can enjoy the fresh fruits and beautiful flowers or simply relax in the hanging chairs next to the lion fountain.

The house provides several activities for children of all ages such as table tennis, basketball or darts. Baby equipment such as a crib, high chair, travel cot, bottle steriliser, bottle warmer, baby bath, pool alarm and changing mat can be provided on demand.

Private parking is available as well as a garage.
