Description

Beautiful, modern one bedroom chalet with vaulted wooden ceiling. Two entrance doors leading from kitchen and lounge area onto front terrace and garden overlooking the tree surrounded lake. Large grassy area to rear leading to pool. Very peaceful with lovely walks around the lake to enjoy. St Mathieu is just 2 km away for all amenities ie. restaurants, tabac, pharmacy, gift shop, bakers and post office. The chalet has comfortable leather seating, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, cooker, fridge, electric kettle, stainless steel new cookware, crockery and utensils. Chateau Rocher is just 5 minutes walk away. Piegut Pluviers, 6 kms away hosts a Wednesday market, one of the largest in the area. A car is recommended. Your hosts are nearby for help or advice.

The property is not suitable for young children as it is built on a bank with no fencing.

House rules

Guests should be 18 +. There is a single divan in lounge area that would accommodate one older child however the property is not safe for young children as the chalet is built on a high bank with no fencing so there is access to areas that are unsafe for young children. Beds are made up before arrival. Basic cleaning products are provided plus teacloths. No bathroom towels are provided.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Brenda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
