mmaculate completely renovated Air Conditioned Self Catering 3 (three) bedroomed Holiday Vacation Villa situated in peaceful Punta Lara, Nerja, Costa del Sol Southern Spain, a.very pretty pueblo of whitewashed houses. Ideal for families and couples who like quiet relaxing holidays.

This self catering holiday villa has stunning panoramic views of the sea, Nerja and mountains from the living room balcony and large roof terrace equipped with table chairs and sun loungers. The views from the house are breathtaking.

The house has three large bedrooms two with double beds, one with two single beds. Large open plan living, kitchen and dining area with fantastic views of the sea. There is cable TV, and communal pools and gardens are just a minutes stroll from the house.

The nearest beach is only five minutes stroll away and can be seen from the house. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Nerja centre is only a 5 mins by car, or 15 mins walk away. A taxi from Nerja is only 7 euro. Cots and highchairs etc can be hired.

Each bedroom has large built in wardrobes with lots of storage space, all bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for the summer and heaters for the winter. It has modern fully fitted kitchen, a shower and WC room upstairs, and a large family bathroom with shower downstairs.

There is parking outside the property, or in a nearby parking area. The Villa/House is situated in the meandering streets of Punta Lara. There are steps leading up to the front of the house, which is just a few minutes walking distance to the communal pool and gardens.

Nerja / Punta Lara area

The charming town of Nerja is only a 45 minute drive east from Malaga Airport and, unlike some of its famous Costa del Sol neighbours, is still full of local character and colour. It provides the ideal setting to suit all your holiday requirements.

Nerja is not just a summer resort; it retains its unique charm all year round claiming the best climate in Europe. This is due in part to the surrounding Almijara Mountains that shelter the resort and provide stunning views and ideal countryside for walkers.Nerja town itself has a delightful selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, many of which are centred around the famous 'Balcon de Europa'. The palm fringed Balcon offers superb views of the local coastline and is a perfect place to stroll on a summers evening. Be entertained by street artists or just sit with a glass of Rioja and watch the world go by!

Nerja offers a number of sandy beaches and small coves, the main beach being Burriana. You can enjoy local dishes including paella or freshly caught fish in the many beach restaurants to be found. Many more beaches and restaurants can be found along the coastal drive west of Ladera. The nearby beach is unspoilt, and has several beach bars/restaurants.

For the golf enthusiast Baviera is some 20 minute drive whilst Anoreta is about 30 minutes.

Many of our clients, once they have experienced Nerja and it's many wonderful features, return again and again. Nerja is truly the jewel of the Costa Del Sol.

Nerja old town, vibrant in summer, with it's lovely whitewashed streets,and of course, the famous Balcon de Europa and the beautiful square with it's white church, and many pavement cafes, and dotted with huge old trees for welcome shade! the views of this particular coastline are breathtaking and spectacular, and many people return again and again just to sit and take in the wonderful scenery.

The climate in Nerja is wonderful and really is the best in Europe. In the winter months, the temperature can be easily warm enough to sunbathe, and spend time on the beach, yet within an hour and a half drive away in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, you can spend the morning skiing on the slopes there.

Set on the beautiful white urbanisation of Punta Lara, Casa Yvette boasts a fabulous community pool in a tropical setting, which is just two minutes walk from the property. The pool, is renowned in the area, as the best community pool in Nerja. It provides a permanent lifeguard, children’s pool and a wonderful bar restaurant which is open from May to October, providing excellent snacks and meals at unbelievable prices.
