Description

Experienced hosts, we have expanded with another stunning oceanfront property. Freshly renovated the property is a modern take on the market.

Located on the Golden Mile with ocean views from almost every room. Located with Church Bay and highly regarded restaurants all within walking distance. All the major beaches and more restaurants are within a couple of miles of the property.

For large groups (8) this can be combined with our Contemporary Oceanfront Apt just up the road (1m).

It’s a lovely tranquil spot overlooking the ocean. A bright, open plan interior with a contemporary finish. All modern conveniences including Sonos multi-room sound system and nespresso facilities. From the main living space there are larger sliding doors opening to the deck overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pan, plates, serving dishes etc. and includes a dishwasher, washer & dryer and a BBQ grill ideal for lazy summer evenings. The property is three bed with two bathrooms, the bathrooms are all en-suite however one is ‘Jack and Jill’ style serving two bedrooms. The third bedroom can either be configured as a king or with two singles (please advise preference).

By North American standards the space is efficient but the layout works well with an open plan living fining room (24x14), Master Bedroom (14x14), bedroom 2 & 3 (12x12)

There is a large flat screen TV with cable TV and AppleTV/Netflix for those that prefer to stream !

The villa is in a fantastic location adjacent to The Reefs, one of Bermuda’s top hotels. The highly regarded Church Bay, well known for snorkeling, is about a 400yd walk and the popular beaches of Horseshoe Bay, Chaplin Bay and Jobson’s cove are all with a couple of miles.

The property is well served with restaurants with Coconuts (The Reefs), Aqua Terra (The Reefs), Henry VIII’s, The Dining Room, Hamilton Princess Beach Club and the restaurants of the Fairmont Southampton are all within walking distance.

The property has great transportation options: Located at the property are three charge points for the new Twizy rental cars, there is a scooter rental shop across the street, the #7 bus stop is close by and there is a taxi rank at The Reefs hotel.
