Description

This villa is perfectly situated alongside the 17th fairway of Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club. The view from the pool deck is a pure enjoyment for an inveterate golfer - no matter how much you love to play the game, there are moments when you just want to sit on the side, watching it with a cold drink in your hand! This villa is fully equipped for a week of golf, sightseeing, shopping and relaxing. It has a large kitchen, and next to it a dining area for up to 10 guests. In the front of the kitchen you will find the living room with comfortable furniture and the TV with cable and DVD. From this area you have access to the pool deck, with your private pool (safety fence can be put up if requested), overlooking the 17th fairway. There are five bedrooms in the villa. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, its own access to the pool deck, and a large bathroom with bathtub, separate shower, and a walk in closet. There are another 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, and 2 more with two twin beds in each. Everything is very well planned, with the common areas in the center of the house, master bedroom and a queen bedroom to the left and the other 3 bedrooms to the right. Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is one of the best public golf courses in Orlando, Florida and has been Ranked #6 in Golf Digests "Best Courses in the State" of Florida. The layout is challenging, the quality exceptional, and the many strategically placed tee spots provide a unique golf adventure for players at all levels. After a round of golf, enjoy a glass of your favorite drink by poolside before socializing in the kitchen and preparing the tonight's treat or use community pool, tennis courts, playground, restaurant, and clubhouse with workout facilities. If you prefer a break from golfing, or want to try out another course, nothing is really far away from the villa. Within 30 minutes by car, you will find almost unlimited access to high class golf courses, all the theme parks you can possibly wish for, great quality malls for endless shopping, and hundreds of other activities to stimulate body and mind. No matter how you spend your day, we can promise you true relaxation coming back "home".

Getting around

You should bring or rent a car to get the most out of your trip. There is though a Wal-Mart Supercenter right outside the community and it’s not far to walk there from the house. So you could manage without a car as well.

- Southern Dunes HOA requires quiet hours 9 PM - 7 AM
- Please keep all doors to the outside closed at all times to keep the house stay cool. We have door sensors so the owner will be notified if the doors are opened more than 5 minutes and the A/C will shut off.
- Per FL Fire Dept., please do not smoke in the house, garage and on the pool deck for fire hazard.” If we detect any cigarette smoke in the house, you will be charged $250.00 for additional cleaning.
