Egrets Pointe 24 townhouses are located at Edisto Beach, SC, between Charleston, SC and Savannah, GA. It is a remote, sea island located off the South Carolina coast. The townhouses are inside gated Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resorts, overlooking a peaceful lagoon, along with its island wildlife. There is a private beach cabana, used by Egrets Pointe and Wyndham guests. Other Wyndham amenities include access to pools, playground, putt-putt, recreational center and other activities.

Each townhouse sleeps 6 people. The 2 bedroom suites are located upstairs: Master bedroom suite has a TV, king size bed, and balcony overlooking the lagoon; the Guest bedroom suite has a queen size bed. The downstairs living area has a queen size sleeper sofa and a 1/2 bath.

Each townhouse has a separate dining area, which seats 6 comfortably and leads to the private outside deck. They each also have newly renovated, fully, equipped kitchens. The living areas include a washer/dryer, TV and DVD player.

Edisto Beach and Edisto Island are perfect for families, couples or individuals looking for a place to relax in a quiet, peaceful setting.

Getting around

The beach and Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resorts have many trails to walk or ride a bike to enjoy the coastal area. While you will see golf carts being driven around, Wyndham does not allow them inside the resort unless you are a full-time homeowner. So if you are planning a day at the beach, you may want to take your car and park at one of the 37 Beach Accesses. Walking to the beach is over 1 mile.

Egrets Pointe Townhouses Check-In location is off-site, so before going to the townhouses, guests will need to stop at 547 Hwy 174, Suite 5, Edisto, SC 29438. Keys for the townhouses are located at the Check-In location. There is a starter package in the townhouse welcome guests. The office staff is available Monday - Thursday 10 am to 2 pm, Sunday 2 pm to 6 pm (Summer Hours). An emergency phone number is printed inside the welcome package.

No Golf Carts, Motorcycles, Boats, Trailers allowed inside Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resorts. Personal Golf Carts guidelines have to follow Edisto Beach Rules. No grilling allowed on premises, grills located throughout Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resorts. No feeding of alligators and other wildlife is allowed.
Bring own beach towels. A starter package to get you through a couple of days is at the townhouse at arrival.
