What a GEM this darling condo is!! Located in the heart of Orient Bay village and only 2 minutes’ walk to fabulous Orient Beach, you’ll discover your “go to” home away from home! Condo Maeva is a 2nd floor, single level unit in a small community next to the Hotel Palm Court. Maeva offers a quiet, relaxing, and very importantly, VERY AFFORBABLE retreat from a fun filled day on the beach. But not only are you close to the beach, you’ll be able to easily walk to a plethora of great restaurants, shops, services, and a grocery store.
Maeva is bright, immaculate, and tastefully decorated in the latest modern trends. The entire space is air-conditioned, and has been remodeled after Irma to include a new, sleek kitchen, a new bathroom, new flooring, paint, furnishings, and soft goods. This will insure your maximum comfort and greater satisfaction! The balcony is also furnished and has an electric BBQ.
The condo has an open concept design including the kitchen with breakfast bar that opens to the living room, and further opens to the balcony where there is a table and chairs for alfresco dining, and an electric BBQ. The bedroom has a Queen size bed, ensuite shower room. The toilet room is in the corridor. The living room offers comfortable seating (sleeper sofa for 1 additional person), and a flat screen TV with Cable service in French and US channels.
