Description

The Cozy Cottage is the perfect location in Flagstaff, 5 mins from downtown Flagstaff, 8 mins from NAU and 10 mins from Snowbowl ski resort. Located in the pines, not the suburbs. The newly remolded house is a separate dwelling from the main house and sits on 2.5 acres. The 1300 sf Cozy Cottage has two bedrooms (one bedroom has a Queen bed with an attached sitting room, the other room has a bunk bed with a Full bed on the bottom and a Twin bed on the top), fully remodeled kitchen, dining area (counter area with three bar stools), family room (with Full pullout bed), and bathroom. Private backyard outdoor sitting area with wonderful views.

There is a wood burning stove in the family room which you will need to provide your own wood. We are kid friendly and have games, books, and movies available to add to entertainment. Additionally each bedroom closet is equipt with a "Pack and Play" for use with our younger guests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
