* Please read all the listing before booking*The Cozy Cottage, the perfect location in Flagstaff! Located in the pines, not in the suburbs. Great get away from town yet close enough for an outing Downtown (5min), Skiing at Snowbowl (10min), or hiking/biking (2min). Family night, watching 3D movies and s'more making in the backyard. Visit to NAU (8min). Home base for the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Slide Rock, and so much more. The Cozy Cottage is separate house from the main house sits on 2.5 acres.

The Space

The recently remodeled 1300sf Cozy Cottage has two bedrooms (one bedroom has a Queen bed with an attached sitting room, the other room has a bunk bed with a Full bed on the bottom and a Twin bed on the top), fully remodeled kitchen, dining area (counter area with three bar stools), family room, and bathroom. Backyard deck sitting area with wonderful views.

There is a wood burning stove in the family room which you will need to provide your own wood. We have a 3D TV with 3D movies in the family room. We are kid friendly and have games, books, and movies available to add to entertainment. Additionally each bedroom closet is equipped with a "Pack and Play" for use with our younger guests. Sorry we have a strict NO pet policy.

Only guests on the reservation are allowed.

Maximum capacity is 6 guests.

Maximum night stay is 7 nights.

No House Parties

No underage drinking

Absolutely no pets allowed, sorry.

You will be asked to leave if these rules are broken without a refund.

-Due to COVID and our enhanced cleaning we can not accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Any late check-outs over an hour will be charged another days stay.

-There are two houses on this property of 2 1/2 acres.

-Our property is located next to the road as seen on the map.

-The cottage is not a secluded location, there are other houses around. Sound travels very easy out here in the woods, at night it also gets very dark.

During the summer there might be fire restrictions, so the wood fire place and outside fire pit will be unavailable. please check before you burn.

WINTER WEATHER:

October - March

4WD or chain may be required if there as been heavy snow. The drive way is located on a hill.

Being that we are in a rural location not the suburbs, the driveway is plowed to the best of our ability. The property has a lot of trees and snow does take longer to melt away. There will be ice and snow during the winter and due to dirt and gravel walk ways and drive ways you might have to walk and drive on ice and snow. Please do not book if you or anyone else does not feel comfortable walking or driving on ice.
