Out of hundreds traditional language in Indonesia, HASIAN is a phrase used as a gesture of affection and adoration by the Bataknese which originated from the beautiful Danau Toba region in North Sumatera. HASIAN means love, dearest, sweetheart, or darling – poetic words which often said from parents to their children, husbands to wives, even in poems. As the name implies, you will feel love in every corner of the villa and our hospitality.

Situated on Jimbaran corner, only 10 minutes walk from the famous Jimbaran Beach and its delicious seafood BBQ row, Villa Hasian nestled peacefully providing a country styled home with Indonesian twist on the details. Completely re-decorated, plus ‘Brand New’ furniture throughout the villa, color coordinated to give the villa a warm modern style.

Regarding this issue, it was happen due to miscommunication and misunderstanding prior booking. Management has been followed up and solved the issue with our guest directly during stay. As positive gesture from management we also provide free complimentary massage and free airport transfer as compensation. In the future, we will improve our staff for their English speaking skill. And we will concern to brief our guest upon arrival how to operate electronic facilities item (AC/TV), and we will explain more clearly regarding Wifi password system. Hopefully our guests can operate well and never thinking about malfunction system. We are private standalone home vacation which concern to our guest privacy. Usually our staff will stand by if our guest invite them. Again we thank you for staying with us, and we will pass our guest concern to our operation department for further improvement to give our better guest experience in the future. Thank you.

Response from the manager One thing to take note, the pool goes from a shallow depth of 0.7m and a step away to a drop to 1.9m depth. Would suggest to the management to consider a more gradual increase in depth and to put a life buoy near to pool in case of any unfortunate mishaps. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
