Enhanced Housekeeping re: COVID-19: The health and safety of our owners, guests and staff is of utmost importance to us. We are taking extra precautions and steps to ensure that all professional housekeeping and interior property sanitation needs are not only being met, but exceeded, to ensure a hygienic environment. Specific enhanced steps taken include more commercial antibacterial cleaning products, staff wearing facial protection and gloves when in the homes, more frequent deep cleans, and continuation of our professional hospitality grade linen laundering services.
Walk past the main home and through the expansive courtyard to access this private, upper-level studio apartment - once a carriage house as part of this historic Savannah estate. Guests are within close distance to River Street, City Market, and Savannah's best shopping and dining along Broughton Street.
A flight of stairs takes you from the courtyard to your second story carriage house entrance. Walk into the cozy bedroom, decorated with Southern touches all while keeping your comfort a priority. The Queen size bed is dressed in hotel grade linens, professionally pressed between each visit. With two large closets and a standing chest of drawers, you're encouraged to unpack your suitcase and even consider extending your stay.
The full kitchen is stocked with every essential you'd need to prepare a home cooked meal. Just beyond is the full bath with walk in shower.
East Broughton Street is swiftly becoming a bustling part of the city, with new restaurant East End Provisions joining the locally-cherished Cha Bella. Be sure to stop into Capital Bee Co. for a brick of local honey comb. Head due West towards the center of downtown and be greeted with Savannah's best shopping and dining options. On our list for must-sees: The Paris Market, Halfmoon Outfitters, Leopold's Ice Cream, and The Prohibition Museum.
Catch a trolley (or count those steps) and head South along Bull Street for a promenade through the squares, ending at the Fountain of Forsyth Park, one of Savannah's most famous attractions.

This unit has on-street, metered parking which is enforced by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday from 8am to 8pm. You have the option of feeding the meter, parking in a nearby parking garage, or buying a parking pass from the Savannah Visitor Center. Place was very clean and comfortable! Felt very safe there as well. Just be careful going up the stairs as they are a little steep, but it’s a beautiful place and I’ll definitely stay agai… More
