This beautiful home on the water is the perfect Marco Island getaway! Our convenient central location allows you to make the most out of everything that Marco offers. Welcome the day on our south-facing Lanai overlooking the peaceful and beautiful convergence of two waterways. Enjoy the gorgeous landscaping and banana trees while relaxing by the private pool or enjoying the hot tub. You can also head to Tiger Tail Beach or the Resident’s Beach, explore the Island or simply cook out on the large Weber grill on the Lanai. The home has a dock and boating access is through Caxambas Pass. Please enjoy the beach supplies (chairs, wagon, umbrella, toys, towels) and bicycles, too!

The feeling is light and airy, and the plantation shutters and similar style ceiling fans add a nice touch. You have water views in almost every room in his delightful home - from the family room, to the kitchen, kitchen eating nook and lanai, to the dining room, living room and the master bedroom. Our home is equipped with a large screen TV in the family room that is a great place for the family to gather after a long day enjoying the island and its beaches.

This home is easy to enjoy with friends and family especially during meals prepared in our beautifully and recently remodeled eat-in kitchen or on the lanai. Sit and enjoy the evening outdoors or indoors or both. Large sliding glass doors open all the way on both sides of the pool to incorporate the lanai and pool area into the home for entertaining or just enjoying the indoor/outdoor feeling, weather permitting of course. From the entrance to the sparkling pool and every well-appointed inch in between, this beautiful vacation home will help in creating a memorable Marco Island experience.

When you walk in, a front entry hall provides a place for you to kick off your shoes, put your bags down and get comfortable. To the right of the front door is the formal living room and dining area which seats six and faces the pool and waterways. To the left, a short hallway leads to the family room and kitchen. The beautiful front living room features tiled floors and upscale island furniture. Two plush sofas (one with a fold-out queen bed and a memory foam mattress) sit in front of a stylish coffee table. The living room provides a great space to mingle with guests or have a quiet conversation with family and friends. The entire back wall of the home is made up of sliding glass doors, making a seamless transition from indoor space to outdoor space and features unobstructed views of the pool and the waterways.

The kitchen is chef-inspired and overlooks the pool. It features gorgeous granite counters, custom cabinets, and modern appliances. This kitchen has all of the utensils and appliances you need to prepare and enjoy a great meal! In between the kitchen and living room is a charming breakfast nook that also overlooks the pool. A tiled table and seating for four provides a comfortable place to enjoy coffee in the morning or a snack later on.

The family room adjacent to the kitchen area overlooks the pool as well. It features two sofas in front of the big screen TV. This island-inspired room will be one of your family’s favorite hangout spots. The open, flow-through layout of this home gives guests plenty of room to spread out but still engage with each other at the same time.

This home offers three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen bed, a kidney-bean writing desk and a large private bathroom with dual sinks. The romantic bed and décor create a relaxing atmosphere to calm down from a busy day. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, classic dresser and nightstand set, and a large window. The third bedroom has two twin bunk-beds. The second and third bedrooms are just steps from the family bathroom.
