Cape Coral Contemporary Waterfront is a strikingly modern, impressively lavish Southwest Florida destination vacation home. This 2560 square feet waterfront villa has ample space for up to 8 family and friends to indulge the high life. The home features abundant tropical greenery and fantastic canal views, for a uniquely pampered and indulgent experience.

A spacious circular driveway with white marble pavers greets you on arrival and ushers you into luxury. The ultra-modern 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath rooms design balances private spaces with areas to gather and share wonderful memories. Vaulted ceilings throughout add an air of drama and draws your attention to the large windows with spectacular water views. Modern polished concrete floors and fashionable area rugs are attractive and elegant.

Living spaces feature modern designer furnishings that perfectly accentuate the home's lavish contemporary aesthetic. Enjoy a very modern open kitchen with lovely granite counters, a breakfast bar seating for four, a separate dining table for eight, and new appliances. The adjacent living room has comfy seating, a very large flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the outside area.

The master bedroom is sized to impress and includes a king-size bed, a large closet, and direct pool access with a privileged water view. The master bath is equally impressive, with a double sink, a frameless glass shower door, a hot tub with an amazing canal view, and its own television. The second and fourth bedrooms have glass doors that open to the pool area. All bedrooms feature queen-size beds and mini-office areas with built-in desks, flat screen TVs, and Apple TVs. Free WIFI is, of course, included, but there is also a printer in case you’ll need one.

The outdoor area is something entirely special! The home is located at a waterfront T-intersection and has amazing views down the canals. The infinity pool overlooks the water and includes a Jacuzzi. Ample chaise lounge seating allows for tanning and relaxing in the sun. The outdoor dining area has an overhang for a cooling shade and includes a full outside kitchen with a built-in grill, a sink, a refrigerator, and an outdoor dining table. There is also a separate lounge area, perfect for morning or late night drinks and socializing. A private dock where you can fish from features additional chaise lounge seating. The house is a mere 8-minute walk away from Cape Harbor where you’ll find three great restaurants, bars, and shops. The supermarket Publix is just as close.

Cape Coral is famous for its scenic canals, which it has more miles of than any other city in the world. The city is also a destination vacation playground, with gorgeous beaches, golf courses, and a family water park. The barrier islands Sanibel and Captiva can be accessed by boat or vehicle and offer premier resort amenities, dining, and entertainment. The Pine Island Sound Aquatic Preserve is where visitors go to scratch their aquatic adventures itch, and to enjoy fishing, kayaking, ocean sightseeing, scuba & snorkeling, sunbathing, and more. There's something wonderful for everyone in Cape Coral!

This place had everything! OMG the views, the decor, the place had everything you need! The infinity pool was breath taking! If you rent this you won't be disappointed! You can't be!
