This Luxury 2 Masterbedroom/bath unit comfortably sleeps 4, offering 2 queen size beds in each en-suite. Everything is included for a complete and comfortable stay. Flat screen, smart TV's located in each suite as well as in the common area.

Our pricing reflects a nightly stay but these accommodations are designed for longer stays and pricing for 45 days plus is greatly reduced for business travel.Located directly on Sand Lake Rd., less then 5 minutes to International Drive, 6 minutes to Universal Studios.

This Luxury Building is packed with amenities and with attached inside garage parking, you enter the building on the floor or your accommodations.

Very contemporary interior design. Fully equipped kitchen, pots, pans, dishes, paper towels, dishtabs, everything available if you desire to cook. High speed wireless internet, HDTV with cable and premium channels, washer and dryer, garbage valet outside door daily. Gym and pool located withinn the building. Queen memory foam mattresses complete with linens, bed cover, towels, pillows and toiletries for your stay.

Just bring your suitcase and stay in this safe, clean, trendy location on Restaurant row in Dr. Phillips on Sand Lake near International and close to all attractions and enjoy your stay.

Surrounding area is filled restaurants and entertainment. Walking distance to everything. Coffee, gym and business center open 24 hours within the building.
