We want to let you know that we take your health very seriously and are doing everything that we can to ensure each and every home we mange is as clean and safe as it possibly can be for you when you come to stay with us. Along with Hostē’s detailed and rigorous standard cleaning practices we’ve added more steps to ensure that high volume surfaces get extra cleaning with antibacterial products. Along with washing their hands before entering, and upon entering the home our team members ALWAYS wear gloves when in the homes and if anyone is showing signs of being unwell, we’ve asked them not to come to work. We also have all our linens and towels professionally laundered where they are sanitized and then wrapped before being transported to the home. We are paying close attention to recommendations put forth by the CDC and implementing additional precautions as they are recommended if necessary. We know that this is a scary time for everyone, and we want you to know that we are here for you. If you have questions, concerns, or would just like to talk to someone about how things are here we are here for you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out. Stay safe and healthy!

Nevertheless, it is close to restaurants, groceries and shopping; along with easy access to main roads and the interstate leading to Colorado Springs` best attractions for travelers.

From the deck, watch your kids play in the large backyard complete with a play set and basketball court; or merely gaze westward toward the mountains during a brilliant Colorado sunset.

The upper level of this large home contains 4 bedrooms, all comfortable, bright and well-appointed. Two bedrooms share a bathroom between them. A third bedroom contains a private bath, and the master suite truly lives up to its name—with exceptional Pikes Peak views from the large bay window and the wonderful soaking tub, it`s designed to be enjoyed, to be relaxed in, to welcome its occupants with comfort and obtainable, reasonable luxury. Finally, the basement level contains some exceptional amenities, including a small gym, a ping pong table, entertainment center and pool table.
